Order Cancellation Policy

1.Order Cancellation Conditions

Zeniliva (hereinafter referred to as “we”) provides products and related services through our online store. The following rules apply to order cancellations:

  • You may request to cancel an order within 48 hours of submission, provided the item has not yet entered the shipping process;

  • If the order was submitted more than 48 hours ago, or the item has already entered preparation or shipping, direct cancellation is not supported;

  • In such cases, you may contact us after the item has been delivered to request a return and refund following the return policy.

2.Order Cancellation Process

  • To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team via email or phone and provide the order number, payment proof, and other necessary information;

  • Upon receiving your request, the customer service team will verify and process it promptly. If approved, you will be notified immediately via your provided contact method, and the refund process will be initiated.

3.Refund Process

Once the order cancellation or return request is confirmed, we will process the refund within 1–5 business days. The refunded amount will be returned to your original payment method (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, etc.), and we will complete the refund as quickly as possible after confirmation.
